Este tipo de flauta no fue muy popular y es raramente vista ya casi no se utiliza. La ultima localizada fue en 1985. en Santa Catarina lxtahuacan, Soloia Una Flauta hecha de cana de carrizo cao boquilla transversal acompanaba junto a una marimaba la Danza del Venado.
TRANSVERSE MOUTH-PIECE FLUTE
This type of flute was not very popular and is rarely seen. It’s use in almost extinct. The latest was located in 1985 at Santa Catarina lxtahuacan, Solola. A transverse mouthpiece flute made from carrizo cane was used along with a marimba, to accompany the Deer dance.
