Claustro Mayor y Fuente
Estaba formado por cuatro corredores con columnas que soportaban las arcadas. En la parte central, un estanque octagonal inscrito en un cuadrado que da lugar a formaciones de triangulos sobre los cuales existen restos de pintura al fresco de varios colores formando mosaicos. La fuente original, construida por Fray Felix de Mata, fue trasladada al ingreso de la ciudad y despues al final de la Alameda Santa Rosa. Actualmente se puede observer en el claustro una replica de la misma. Sus cimientos son originales.

Main Cloister and Fountain
It was formed by four corridors with columns that supported the arcades. In its central part it has an octagonal pond inscribed in a square that produces triangle formations on which still can be seen the remains of “al fresco” paintings in several colors forming mosaics. The original fountain built by Friar Felix de Mata was moved to the city entrance and later to the end of the alameda Santa Rosa. A copy now stands in the main cloister. It foundation are original.
